The food was excellent and drew high praise from all of our guests, one of whom is a chef himself. What I liked most, in addition to the food, was the care and presentation taken around the whole event. For us, it ran smoothly without any noticeable effort. From initial briefing and menu discussion to the simple but smart table settings to the young serving staff and sous chefs, all of whom worked with a smile and great warmth, and then to a quick and efficient clean up after the event. Man with a pan – highly recommended!
