Tartiflette- a traditional Savoyard dish from the Alps potatoes cooked with creamy reblochon cheese, bacon lardons and sautéed onions    

Italian sausage risotto- with a tomato and basil ragu, black olives and fresh Parmesan

Asparagus and pea risotto – with mascarpone, parsley relish and fresh Parmesan

Lamb and apricot tagine – with grilled aubergine, chickpeas and flaked almonds dressed with a coriander yoghurt and pomegranate seeds and spiced couscous

Mac and cheese – topped with herby breadcrumbs and either smoked pulled BBQ beef brisket or sautéed field mushrooms
