Mark discovered his passion for cooking in New Zealand, where he trained to be a Chef. Following this, he went on to work in some of Sydney’s and Brisbane’s top restaurants, and in France and the UK too. As well as this, he previously co owned and was the Executive Chef of Evans pub group, with his Uncle, Chris Evans of Virgin radio and the television series TFI. Mark brings a wealth of 25 years experience and knowledge in the events and hospitality sector to your special event.
As a creative, I have a passion for creating beautiful things from scratch, no matter what form they come in. So weddings with details, that are modern and have considered style are our way of doing things. But fear not it is not only the creativity that sparks a light inside me. I make it my duty for my couples to feel like they know me and can trust our team at Man With A Pan, with their day.
Helping my couples navigate their wedding planning process, managing the different suppliers for them and helping spark ideas and bring them to life. Putting their nerves at bay and making the process a fun and exciting time.

Claire is another of our dedicated and passionate Front of House Managers, with over 10 years of experience in the events and hospitality industry. She has a keen eye for detail and a commitment to exceptional service. Claire ensures that every event runs seamlessly from start to finish.
Harriet is a key member of the Man With a Pan team. From drinks receptions and canapés to serving your main meal, her and her team of dedicated and professional front of house staff will bring a friendly and attentive service to enhance your special day.
Patrick brings a wealth of experience in the catering and hospitality industry extending over 30 years, having worked in some of the most prestigious venues in London and the South of England. With a proven track record in delivering a wide range of events, he is passionate about creating memorable experiences that exceed client expectations.
Throughout my entire career, I have worked as a chef. At first, I gained experience in restaurants and hotels. Eventually, I transitioned to providing catering services for a diverse range of events, serving weddings, private events and corporate clients. My passion for creating delicious food drives me to continuously improve and innovate in my culinary creations.
Chris has been with Man With a Pan from the very beginning. With extensive cooking experience in France and the UK and his love of travel to experience different cultures and cuisines he brings exciting ideas for new menus. Chris loves nothing more than to be cooking great food and will bring enthusiasm and energy to your event.
