Mark discovered his passion for cooking in New Zealand, where he trained to be a chef. Following this, he went on to work in some of Sydney’s and Brisbane’s top restaurants as well as working in France and the UK. Mark brings a wealth of 25 years experience and knowledge to your special event.
Professional Chef Chris has been with Man With a Pan from the very beginning. With extensive cooking experience in France and the UK and his love of travel to experience different cultures and cuisines he brings exciting ideas for new menus. Chris loves nothing more than to be cooking great food and will bring enthusiasm and energy to your event.
Harriet is a key member of the Man With a Pan team. From drinks receptions and canapés to serving your main meal, her and her team of dedicated and professional front of house staff will bring a friendly and attentive service to enhance your special day.
